"Much of my work, if not all of it, in some way is about memory and autobiography; creating a present from the fragments of the past. The dreamlike qualities of my manipulated image-making have much to do with my history and the accumulated scavenging of images from family sources, as well as the anonymous details of obscure pictures.

This juxtaposition of milieus and images is intended to shed some light on how I view the world and my place in it. The prints and mixed media pieces have their basis in printmaking, with screen printing being the soul of the work. As a master printer in the field and working with many artists in the production of their prints for over 48 years, I continue to be inspired and fascinated with the endless possibilities of this most versatile of all the print processes."
